Next, she was named Power 30 Under 30 leader by Apex Society for her work running the Global Threat Intelligence Team at a global political risk consultancy.
While preparing senior officials for the front lines of the war on terror, Ashley launched her leadership firm, Ashley Stahl International Inc., which offers private coaching and unparalleled online programs to empower Millennials to find their purpose, land more job offers and increase their income. She’s worked with thousands of 20somethings in 19 countries via her private coaching and online coaching program, the Limitless Career Lab.

Ashley earned her Master’s degree in international relations from King’s College London, and is currently completing another Master’s in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Redlands in government, history and French. She’s fluent in French and currently learning Arabic.

Mary Beth Ferrante is Ashley International’s in-house career coach! After spending 10 years in corporate finance, she made her own career pivot utilizing her mentoring, leadership & professional development experience into career coaching. She’s been personally mentored by Ashley and has a true knack for helping clients find clarity on their purpose. Mary Beth absolutely loves working 1:1 with clients to guide them into their own dream job!
Mary Beth has been trained in Organizational & Relationship Coaching with CRR Global and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego. Previously she worked for prestigious financial firms including Goldman Sachs and Bank of America / Merrill Lynch.
Misty Loetterle loves working with clients as an in-house career coach with Ashely International. After 15 years of leading recruitment and retention teams in academia, she decided to leave that world behind to pursue her passion of helping others align their strengths with their work. Misty specializes in helping everyone from millennials to senior level professionals make career transitions with confidence. Having had many careers herself – dancer, actress, recruiter, manager – Misty truly understands what it’s like to navigate the fear that comes up with taking that leap of faith to pursue the work that makes us happy and fulfilled.
Misty holds a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from Wellcoaches, Inc., a B.A. in Theater Arts from San Francisco State University, and studied ballet with the Royal Academy of Dance. She works with clients in the tech, academic, healthcare, non-profit, and public policy sectors.
Customer Services Manager
Susan Warm is a project manager and dedicated customer concierge at Ashley International, Inc. Susan is the go-to person for all things customer service related including providing support and welcoming all new customers. In addition, she manages ad hoc projects for Ashley International.
Prior to joining Ashley International, Inc. Susan worked in merchandising and marketing for CPO Commerce, Inc., and as a marketing consultant at Ready Set, Marketing. She also has 10 years of experience as a mental heath counselor, overseeing the after school program at LeRoy Hanes Residential Treatment Center.
Susan lives in Altadena, California. When not working, Susan likes to go hiking with her dog, Matilda and helping out a local ranch with abused and abandoned horses.
Susan received B.A in English Literature and Composition from the Principia College. She is also certified as a Crisis Intervention Specialist.
